Performance Management Subgroup
Following the review of the Oldham LSCB subgroups in April 2008, recommendations were made to restructure the seven subgroups.
The Policy and Procedure Subgroup and the Monitoring and Evaluation Subgroup have merged to create the Performance Management Subgroup. The re-structure of the subgroup will reduce duplication and help audit policies and procedures. Members of the group will ensure that systems are in place for effective monitoring.
