RWP/SVP

  • Renew the front and rear and extension gutters in aluminium
  • Provide uPVC fascias (where appropriate)
  • Provide uPVC bargeboards (where appropriate)
  • Renew the front/rear/extension RWP in UPVC
  • Paint the SVP and wastes black (where appropriate)

External Walls

  • Brick clean front and gable elevation (where appropriate)
  • Repoint front and gable elevation (where appropriate - accrington brickwork with tight mortar joints will not be repointed)
  • Repaint render to the front and gable elevation (where appropriate)
  • Remove graffiti from the front and gable elevation (where appropriate)

Steps

  • Reface the front/rear steps with quarry tiles (where appropriate)

Stonework

  • Repair and paint stone plinth course to the front elevation
  • Repair and paint front stone door surround
  • Repair the cills and heads to the front and gable elevation (where appropriate)
  • Repaint the cills and heads to the front and gable elevation

Boundary / yard walls

  • Renew front garden gate
  • Rebuild front garden walls (including railings where appropriate)
  • Renew front yard surface (where appropriate)
  • Demolish outbuildings, capping off water supply and providing rodding access
  • Take down and rebuild boundary wall 1800mm high
  • Take down and rebuild rear dividing yard wall 1800mm high
  • Renew yard gate
  • renew/provide path from rear garden gate to rear entance door of property including for bin store area (where appropriate)
