Potential Housing Development Sites

The NDC area contains a number of other potential housing Development sites which are likely to be tendered in the future. These sites are of various sizes and while a number are Council owned other are in partnership between the Council and other private owners, e.g. (provisional house numbers based on 48 per hectare):

  • Fitton Hill Infant School, (Council owned, PFI 4 Target area), 2.51 hectares, 120 houses
  • Fitton Hill Junior School, (Council owned), 0.8 hectares, 38 houses
  • The Farm, (Villages owned), 4.72 hectares, 227 houses
  • Rosary Road, (Villages owned, PFI 4 Target area),
  • Greenhurst Crescent, (Villages owned, PFI 4 Target area),
