Les Coop was appointed to the role of independent Chair of the NDC Management Board in November 2005

Les Coop has always lived in Oldham and has spent most of his working life in the Town. Les retired from the position of Director of Oldham Council Environmental Services in 2000 and has subsequently worked as a part time Planning Consultant. Les is actively involved in the community and sits on a number of bodies including;-
