The Story So Far
The Honeywell Centre opened in January 2007 replacing the old Hathershaw Community Centre. It is accommodating a larger number of new and established groups as well as Medlock Vale Children's Centre and a local Jobshop.
There has been a significant increase in number of residents who feel they have influenced local services. This has been enhanced further by the development of the Neighbourhood Agreement, to download the agreement click on the link Green & Clean
An annual programme of NDC promotional events has been established. A large number of Community groups have been supported with an NDC grant.
