The Neighbourhood Access and Prevention Officer Service (NAPO) provides help, information and practical advice to anyone over 50 about how to access local services such as cleaning, transport, benefits, local activities, housing options etc.
The service is open to anyone over the age of 50, resident in Oldham and aims to enable people to enjoy a good quality of life within their own communities.
