1990: Malta International Choir Festival. Oldham Girls' Choir joint 1st Prize with The Bergedorfer Choir from Germany.
1990: The Oldham Youth Wind Band took part in the Glasgow European City of Culture Celebrations.
1991: Oldham Girls' Choir runners up in the National Choral Competition.
1991: Oldham Girls' Choir runners up in the International Eisteddfod at Llangollen and represented England in the Choir of the World.
1992: The Oldham Youth Orchestra accompanied Vivaldi's 'Gioria' in Huddersfield Town Hall, the Oldham Boys' Choir appeared at The Free Trade Hall, Manchester. The Oldham Youth Orchestra, the Oldham Youth Wind Band, The Oldham Youth Brass Band and The Oldham Girls' Choir (Junior), appear at the South Bank as part of the NFMY.
1992: Oldham Girls' Choir winner of the Children's Choir Class at the Elgar Festival in Worcester Cathedral.
1993: Appearance at the South Bank NFMY by the Oldham Youth Orchestra, The Oldham Youth Wind Band, The Oldham Youth Brass Band, The Orchestral Brass Ensemble, The Orchestral Wind Ensemble and The Oldham Girls' Choir - junior and Intermediate.
1994: The Orchestral Brass Ensemble invited to take part in 'Belshazzar's Feast' in the Royal Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool.

1995: Oldham Girls' Choir celebrate Twenty-One Years.
