Highbarn Day Centre offers day care for older people with part of the centre also used for short-term and respite stays. The centre is situated in the Royton area of Oldham. It aims to help to maintain and improve the quality of life for older people living in their own homes. It also provides support to relatives, friends and carers of service users.
The day care service is aimed at older people with dementia. It is an assessed service, which means that it will only be offered to you if the service is appropriate to your needs and following a social work assessment.
