As part of the Evidence Base we have undertaken an Employment Land Review (ELR), to help create robust and informed employment land policies. The Council is required to review the existing employment land allocations, forecast the need for new employment land over the plan period, and consider whether new employment allocations should be made and/or any existing sites de-allocated.
