We wish that we could provide our service free of charge. Unfortunately, we are a self financing business, and therefore have to cover our costs.
We feel however, that we provide ‘value for money’, and our service levels at Oldham are highly regarded within the construction field. Your building proposals are a big investment, and we are here to protect your interests - our charges are a small price to pay for a professional, quality service.
Fees with a Building Notice, Replacement Window form, Regularisation form or Electrical Alteration form are payable upon submission.
The fee for the Full Plans application is usually payable in two parts (apart from some minor works and small extensions). Part is payable upon submission of the application, and the other part is invoiced for after the first inspection by our Building Control Officers.
