Oldham’s Private Sector Housing service covers the whole of Oldham borough and is established within the Regeneration Department, Strategy Division based at Oldham Business Centre.
The team actively works to promote, improve and maintain private sector housing standards to meet Government standards and legislation. In addition to this, the team provides a range of advice and support to private rented tenants, landlords and owners of empty properties on management, maintenance and repair issues.
