Access Oldham
Access Oldham is situated at the Civic Centre in Oldham town centre. Our opening hours are:-
Monday to Friday 8.40 am to 5.00pm except Wednesday when we open at 9.30am.
You can access a range of Council services from this location, such as Housing and Council Tax Benefits, Council Tax and Free School Meals.
