Contributions
For every contribution you make, the Council makes a contribution too.
The cost to you is six pence for every pound you earn (less if you pay tax and National Insurance).
The guaranteed retirement package includes:
Tax free lump sum of up to one and a half times your pay
Regular income for life - up to half your pay (which goes up every year in line with prices)
