Consultation

The final consultation of Greater Manchester’s Plan for Homes, Jobs and the Environment (the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework Publication Plan 2020) will run from December 1, 2020 to January 26, 2021.

The plan will go to the AGMA Executive Board on October 30, 2020 and then subsequently to the 10 Greater Manchester Councils for approval, prior to the launch of the formal consultation.

Oldham Council has prepared a briefing that provides a useful overview of the vision, Oldham’s strategic allocations and key dates for the plan.

The draft plan can be found on Greater Manchester Combined Authorities website

This is the final consultation before the plan is submitted to the Secretary of State for examination and it is more technical than previous rounds.

This is what we will be consulting on and this will be clearly explained in the consultation, which will be available to respond to at:
