Missed collections

All containers must be at your collection point by 7:00am on your scheduled collection day.

Take containers back onto your property by 8.00am the day after your collection. They should not be left in backings, at collection points, or on pavements. Containers left out can be stolen or vandalised.

Bins that are put out late, placed in the wrong location, or are considered unsafe due to excessive weight will not be collected.

When access to containers is not possible (and the reason for this is outside the control of the householder) the Council aims to collect them within 2 working days.
