Drug & Alcohol Services for Young People (Under 19 Years Old)

OASIS provides a free and confidential service to all young people (under 19s) who would like some help or advice about alcohol or drugs.  The service can help you reduce or stop your drug and/or alcohol use. Service staff can see you at school, college, home, The Centre Oldham or other suitable venues. They will assess and complete an action plan with you, setting realistic goals and, where needed, will find other agencies to support all your needs.

OASIS, alongside care-planned treatment, also provides training for other professionals working with children and young people, undertakes preventative work with targeted high risk groups, and supports children and young people who are supporting parents with substance misuse issues.

If you are under 19 years old and need help or advice with alcohol or drug addiction, if you are concerned about a young person with an addiction or if you wish to make a referral into the service, please contact OASIS and the team will be happy to help you:
