The Respect Standard for Housing Management

The Respect Standard for Housing Management is a standard which Landlords can voluntarily signup to. FCHO signed up in February 2007.

By signing up FCHO have committed to delivering an effective response to anti social behaviour by:

  • Agreeing an action plan with you when you report anti social behaviour so that you know what we will do – but also what help we need from you
  • Telling you what is happening to stop the problems you are experiencing
  • Getting involved in the early stages
  • Acting very quickly where there is serious anti social behaviour
  • Working closely with other Agencies to stop the problem, for example working with the Community Safety Unit
  • Supporting you throughout the process
  • If you are not a FCHO tenant or leaseholder, helping you to get help from another Agency if necessary
  • Telling communities what we have done to stop anti social behaviour
