Gas Service and Safety Check
It is a legal requirement that we carry out an annual safety check of your home’s gas installation and issue an appropriate safety certificate following the check. You must give reasonable access to our engineers or representatives of First Choice Homes Oldham, to ensure that these requirements can be met.
Every year around 30 people die from Carbon Monoxide poisoning as a direct result of appliances that have not been serviced. Not having an annual gas service and safety check endangers your life and the lives of your family.
Our Quarterly £500 Draw
In partnership with Apollo Heating we have introduced a prize draw for all tenants who have their annual gas service and safety check in that month.
How to Enter
It couldn’t be simpler to enter, all you have to do is make and keep an appointment for your annual gas service and safety check.
Doing this will automatically enter you into the draw.
