Connecting Your Heating

When you first move into your home, your heating system is likely to be disconnected.

To connect your heating system you must recommission it.

How To Recommission Your Heating System:

Step 1

Phone - 0870 608 1524 to find out who supplies your gas.

Phone - 0870 751 0093 to find out who supplies your electricity.

Step 2

Take the current meter reading for your gas and electricity, then give these readings to your gas and electricity suppliers.

Step 3:

Make appointments with your gas and electricity suppliers to have the gas and electricity registered in your name.

Step 4

Individual Heating: Contact Apollo Heating on 0845 601 3527 to arrange for an engineer to visit and recommission your heating.

Communal Heating: Contact Switch2 on 08444 994980 to see if your heating needs decommissioning or if you have a heating system that requires a pre-payment card.

Your Heating Can Only Be Recommissioned If Steps 1-3 Have Been Completed.
