Report or Check a Repair

When you report a repair you must provide the following information:

  1. Your name, address and contact telephone number
  2. Details and location of the fault
  3. Times you will be available to allow access if necessary

You can report or check the progress of a repair by telephoning or emailing our contact centre.

Alternatively you can report or check the progress of a repair with our online repair form.

Opening Hours

Lines are open Monday to Friday: 8:00am until 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am until 1:00pm.

Lines are closed: Sundays and Bank Holidays

Out of Hours (Emergencies Only)

If our contact centre is closed and the repair is an emergency, you can report it to our out of hours repairs team:

The out of hours team will only carry out a temporary repair. The repair is then completed at a later date.

Heating Repairs

Please do not report heating repairs to our contact centre.

Check the progress of a repair

You can also use the form to check the progress of a repair you have already ordered. Simply complete the form in full, answer yes to "Have you reported this to us before", enter the job number, then click the submit button at the bottom.

If you do not have an email address, just leave that part blank.
