These are details of the successful bids for properties that were advertised between 7th August and 3rd September 2008.
The information helps you to make a choice about where you want to live.
You stand more chance of being successful by bidding for properties in areas where there have been fewer bids and where the successful customer is in a lower priority group and has a more recent registration date. This is particularly so if you have applied for housing recently yourself.
The priority groups are: Urgent (U), High (H), Medium (M), Standard (S). Open Door properties are offered to the bidder who has been registered for housing the longest, irrespective of priority group.
