Annual Plans
As part of the Local Board governance arrangements, an Annual Plan has been developed for all six Management areas for 2006/07. Board Members and local tenants were consulted to identify their priorities for the year in their area, and the main priorities were incorporated into the Annual Plan.

Team Contracts
Performance measures have then been selected for each priority, which will indicate the progress being made in that service area throughout the year. This document, the “Team Contract”, reports each quarter on performance in relation to those main local priorities as well as performance in the key FCHO business areas of Rent Collection, Void Re-let times, Repairs and Customer Care.
