Individual Heating
We are responsible for ensuring that all of our tenants have a heating and hot water system that is able to provide a warm and dry living environment, with access to a good supply of hot water.
We are responsible for ensuring that all gas heating appliances installed in your home are installed in accordance with current legislation.
We are also responsible for ensuring all gas appliances are serviced annually.
If you have a boiler within your home, you have an individual heating system.
If you have just moved into your home and your individual heating system is disconnected, you must arrange to have it recommissioned.

Apollo Heating engineers visiting your home will carry identity cards. Please ask to see them.
