Leasehold Insurance
Under the terms of your lease you are required to have your part of the building insured by the Council’s insurers (currently Zurich Municipal). This insurance covers storm, flood, lightning, earthquake and malicious damage. It also covers certain fixtures and fittings within the dwelling, full details are given in the policy.
If you need to make a claim on your insurance you need to get a claim form. Claim forms are available from:

You will need to arrange your own contents insurance to insure your belongings.
