Racial/Hate Harassment
Are you experiencing Hate crime/Racial harassment?
If so, you should immediately contact the Police, who will offer you help and support.
If there is an incident in normal office hours (9:00am until 5:00pm) you can also contact your local housing office where a member of staff will be pleased to help you.
Out of Hours Service
If you experience hate crime/racial harassment in the evening (5:00pm until 10:00pm) or at weekends or bank holidays (10:00am until 10:00pm) you can phone the out of hours support team on free phone 0800 389 9294
A Support Officer will provide you with immediate support and advice in English, Urdu or Bangla. Telephone advice can also be provided in other languages.
