Grouped and District Heating

If you do not have a gas fired heating boiler within your home then your heating and hot water is supplied from a Group or District boiler house.

We are responsible for ensuring that all of our tenants have a heating and hot water system that is able to provide a warm and dry living environment, with access to a good supply of hot water.

We are also responsible for ensuring that any gas pipework within your home is correctly installed and is safe to use and is in accordance with current legislation.

If you have just moved into your home and your heating system is disconnected, you must arrange to have it recommissioned. You can do this by contacting Switch 2 on 0844 499 4980 this number can also be used “out of hours”.

Reporting a Fault

Your Group or District heating system is maintained by our heating maintenance contractor. Group or District heating and hot water faults should be reported during office hours to Switch 2 on 0844 499 4980 this number can also be used “out of hours”.

Please Note: Apollo Heating DO NOT maintain group or district heated properties.
