Training
We think it’s important that tenants, residents and leaseholders that want to get involved in shaping and monitoring our services are equipped to do so at the highest level.
To help, we can arrange for appropriate training and learning opportunities for customers. This can either be delivered by our Tenant Participation Officers, or by other agencies, depending on the subject.
We can even arrange for free residential courses at the National Tenants Resource Centre at Trafford Hall, near Chester.
