Formal Estate Inspections

First Choice Homes Oldham operating a system of Formal Estate Inspections across the borough.

The inspections are an opportunity for FCHO Local Board Members and officers, OMBC Area Managers and other agencies to draw upon the knowledge of local tenants, residents and leaseholders to help improve the appearance of your estates.

Formal Estate Inspections are held regularly in each of the six local board areas, and are detailed in our Estate Inspection Schedule

Each area is leafleted beforehand to identify volunteers from the estate, and a newsletter is distributed afterwards so that local residents can read about any problems found and the action taken to resolve them.

If you live on one of the estates listed and would like to be involved, or live on a council estate and think that a Formal Estate Inspection should take place where you live, please contact us.
