The Estate is served by an Estate Management Board who work with First Choice Homes on behalf of the residents and they hold coffee mornings most Wednesdays from 11am till 1pm. There is a primary school which serves the estate and Breezehill High School is reasonable close by. The Estate also has a children’s centre and the doctors and dentists are not far away.

They are generally available in: the Chadderton, Waterhead, Town Centre, Bardsley, Hollins and Coppice areas. The flats are for those over the age of 60 and benefit from a warden helpline service (BT Landline is required). Rent is aprox £68 per week for a one bedroom, including water rates and helpline charge, and £71 per week for a two bedroom.
