Providing Us with Evidence
It’s important that we build up an accurate picture of when the problem is happening, how often and how serious it is. The best way to do this is by keeping a record. We will only ask you to keep an incident diary for a short period of time and we will tell you what we will do with the evidence you give us.
We will provide you with an incident diary to fill in and your Housing Officer will give you advice on completing this. You might prefer to telephone your Housing Officer with details of what’s happened and this is fine but it might be helpful to fill in the diary when it happens and the incident is fresh in your mind. Alternatively, if you have access to email you could email the details to your Housing Officer. You can contact your Housing Officer for advice on this
