How We Are Managed
We are managed by a Main Board made up of an equal number of Tenant, Independent and Council representatives.
The make up of the Local Boards is similar. We have six local boards linking with the six local areas.
The Main Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction of FCHO and overseeing management. The Local Boards are responsible for overseeing our day to day operations and local performance. All Boards meet on a six weekly basis. An Annual General Meeting is held in September of each year.
The Main Board has four committees to specifically manage certain areas of operations.
The committees are:
- Finance and Audit
- Employment and Appeals
- Change Management
- Performance
