Q. How do I become a market trader in Oldham?
There are various ways in which you can be a market trader in Oldham. You can:
acquire a unit in the Market Hall (should one be vacant);
become a regular outdoor trader (i.e. have an agreement to trade on each market day); and
become a casual market trader (i.e. trade on a daily basis only).
You may choose to trade from Tommyfield market site, or from any of the district markets (Royton, Shaw and Chadderton). Alternatively, you may wish to run a car boot stall on the Tommyfield Sunday Car Boot Sale.
