The Elections Office is constantly updating its register of casual staff that will be available to work on a temporary basis at future elections within the Borough of Oldham.
A number of positions would be available i.e. Presiding Officers, Poll Clerks and Counting staff.
No experience necessary for some positions but to apply for a Presiding Officer position you need previous experience as a Poll Clerk.
The fees paid for these positions varies dependant upon the type of election – Parliamentary, Parish or Local.
