Oldham Language Shop

What the service is

To improve organisation’s communication capability for non-English speaking clients by offering one-stop-shop for language approach. Oldham Language Shop also offers expert and impartial advice on how to identify and meet the communications needs of the council, provide interpretation for face to face, telephone, translation of printed information into most languages and formats, audio tapes, video/DVD voice over and assessment of bi-lingual staff.

Who the service is for

This provision is for the entire council, external partners and voluntary, statutory and independent organisations.
