Services for Adults

Adult and Community Services support people by providing help in their own home, short breaks to spend time with a family or individual, provide special equipment to those people who are unable to manage unless their home is adapted, provide training and equipment to the disabled, offer a day service to those who may not be able to get out of their home, and advice on understanding and claiming benefits.

If you think you might need help from Adult and Community Services Adult Social Care, you or the person who is looking after you can contact us by phone, write or call in to the appropriate office.
