Planning Services holds a register of all enforcement notices, stop notices and breach of condition notices served by Oldham Council. It can be viewed at the Planning Office, Level 12, Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham between the hours 08.40am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
This On-line register is an extract and lists all enforcement cases since 2002 and can be searched using details for any of the fields in the list below.

N.B. The On-Line Planning Enforcement Register is updated within one working day of further enforcement action.
| Case Number | This is the number given to the case by Oldham Council Planning Authority. The prefix is the year in which the case commenced |

| Land to which the case relates | The address or location of the site at which the complaint was registered |
| Summary of alleged breach | Description of development or use taking place |
| Complaint Received | The date on which the Local Planning Authority was advised of the alleged breach |
| Enforcement or Stop Notice Date Served | The date on which the Enforcement or Stop Notice was served on the owner or developer |
| Status | The closed status confirms that the case has been dealt with and no further action is being carried out by the Authority |
| Reason for the investigation being closed | The progression of the case, the reason for the case being closed or the current position of the case |
