Checklist for submitting a planning application

The checklists below outline the minimum requirements when making a planning application. This is to ensure that the application is clear and easily understood and it also ensures that the application can be processed efficiently and within time. To help improve the service we offer you, please print out and fill in the appropriate checklist below and return it with your application.
