How to contact us

All primary and secondary schools in the Borough have an allocated LA Attendance Adviser and in addition primary schools have a LA Attendance Officer. Many secondary schools also employ their own member of staff who deals with attendance and punctuality matters. Please contact the school direct for further information. Whilst direct contact from members of the public is welcomed, our workload is usually determined through a referral process.
