First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) was created in April 2002 to manage council owned properties across Oldham Metropolitan Borough. We currently provide services to over 12,858 council tenants and leaseholders in Oldham.

For all your main housing enquiries from reporting repairs and caretaking matters to reporting problems with your neighbours, and for talking to us about rent and money or tenancy issues. We'll be open longer, with easy access to expert staff either in your home, at local housing surgeries and at our headquaters at Medtia Square.
If it's really urgent we'll get to you quickly as well. This new service helps us get out and about more often in your area. We will be working hard with you to deliver all our priorities of cleaner, greener and safer neighbourhoods.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm.
