First Choice Homes offers all new tenants the opportunity to be visited by a member of your local Housing team shortly after moving into your new home. This gives you the opportunity to discuss any issues that have risen since you moved into your new home. If you have not heard from your local housing team after 3 weeks of receiving your keys, then:

Please feel free to attach any photographs of issues such as grafitti, fly tipping etc. We will arrange to contact you and deal with any issues raised asap. You must supply the name and address of anyone responsible for the matter reported, such as fly tipping so they can be charged and legal action can be taken.
