Welcome to the section of our website that’s all about you, and how you can work with us to help improve our services. Our aim is that these pages grow to reflect the fantastic work being accomplished by tenants, residents and leaseholders across the borough.
Customer Involvement is about providing housing services that meet your needs. It works on the premise that customers who pay for and receive services are in an ideal position to advise us:
How good our services actually are
Where improvements can be made
What local spending priorities should be
We also think it’s important that customers get involved at a level where they feel comfortable and able to make a contribution. To do this, we provide opportunities at a number of different levels.
To help you decide, we employ a group of specialist Tenant Participation Officers based in local areas to encourage groups or individuals to develop links with First Choice Homes Oldham.
