Pay by telephone (24/7 automated service)

You can also pay for a number of Council Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the automated telephone payment service. When using this facility, your details are processed in a secure and confidential way. To use this service follow the voice prompts and enter your payments and card details via your telephone keypad. Payments are processed automatically and you will not need to speak to a Council officer. You will be advised that your payment has been authorised and you will be given a unique payment authorisation code as confirmation that your payment has been processed.
