Adult Placement

What the service is

The service offers residential support within an adult placement carer’s home on a long-term basis, or to offer short-term respite support.

The service user has the opportunity to live as part of the family.Non overnight support is also available in the form of the Supported Carers Scheme where service users are supported to access leisure opportunities during 4 hour sessions and Kinship support.

This is where someone who has moved on to independent living is offered arms length support with budgeting and so on and is also involved in the Adult Placement Carers family life.

Adults with disabilities and older people including vulnerable adults.
