There is a wide range of projects and initiatives that schools can participate in to support their work in promoting community cohesion. Some are offered by the LA and partner organizations. Others are offered by external providers with experience of working in Oldham schools and settings. The projects/initiatives are grouped under three strands of the new duty in order that the offer to schools matches schools priorities and requirements. Many of the projects and initiatives support more than one of the strands but for ease of reference they are included in the section to which they contribute the most.
