The Executive Board leads the strategic direction of Oldham Children's Trust. The prime function of the Executive Board is to ensure that services are fully integrated and that the responsibilities for meeting the five outcomes are jointly met.   • Shauna Dixon, Director of Clinical Services, Oldham Primary Care Trust
  • Tim Mitchell - Chief Executive, Positive Steps Oldham (Independent Sector)
  • Jane Hughes - Chief Executive, Oldham Brook (Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector)
  • Lee Gosling - Chair of OCVYS (Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector)
  • Jim Leivers – Chair of Oldham’s Local Safeguarding Children’s Board

Meetings

The Executive Board meets four times per year.

Meetings will take place quarterly in the boardroom, Level 10, Civic Centre on a Thursday morning, 9.00am – 11.00am unless stated otherwise

Changing for Children Strategy Group (CCSG)

The CCSG has the responsibility of driving forward the Changing for Children agenda and delivering improved outcomes for children and young people as set out in the Chidren and Young People Plan. The CCSG is made of lead officers and chairs from the seven service delivery partnerships, lead officers for the Children and Young People Stakeholder events and Partnership Stakeholder events, in addition to Chairs of the Integrated Commissioning Group , Integrated Services Board and Integrated Systems Board.

Meetings

The CCSG meets on the first Thursday of every month.

Meetings take place in the boardroom, Level 10, Civic Centre and are the first or second Thursday of the month 9.00am-11.00am
