Your local FCHO Neighbourhood Officer undertakes tenancy visits to all tenants. This visit is an excellent opportunity for you to meet your Neighbourhood Officers and discuss any issues you might have. The officer can also signpost you to additional services FCHO offer and also what our partners may also offer that could be of interest to you.
