The Active Volunteers Programme supports and enables volunteers of all ages to get involved in volunteering opportunities across the Borough, including through school, community and club sport. The programme works with individuals to produce and follow a personalised pathway and development plan suited to their individual needs. This could involve gaining valuable experience by matching individuals to appropriate and exciting placements, gaining additional qualifications and/or introducing volunteers to potential employment opportunities.
