Annual Tenancy Visit
First Choice Homes is committed to ensuring that we listen to all our customers. With this in mind, we offer the opportunity for your local housing officer to visit you at your home to discuss any issues you feel are important to your neighbourhood.
New Tenancy Visit
First Choice Homes offers all new tenants the opportunity to be visited by a member of your local Housing team shortly after moving into your new home. This gives you the opportunity to discuss any issues that have risen since you moved into your new home. If you have not heard from your local housing team after 3 weeks of receiving your keys, then:

Estate Walkabouts
If you would like to accompany your housing officer around your estate, there is a list of all planned formal and informal walkabouts for your area, please click on the link below to view the list of dates, meeting points and areas to be inspected.

Environmental Issues
If you have any concerns, please contact your local housing team directly.
Please feel free to attach any photographs of issues such as grafitti, fly tipping etc. We will arrange to contact you and deal with any issues raised asap. You must supply the name and address of anyone responsible for the matter reported, such as fly tipping so they can be charged and legal action can be taken.
